The crime report which you are about to submit is primarily for the purpose of statistical analysis by the Trailside Point Block Watch, and to provide information about crimes in our community to the residents. It by no means constitutes an official police report. However, the information you submit may be passed on to the Phoenix Police Department if deemed necessary.

To prevent abuse of this online reporting tool, the IP address of your submission will be logged and time stamped. The entire details of this report will be submitted to the Block Watch Leadership, at a minimum, which includes: the Block Watch Communication Committee, the Trailside Point HOA, and the Trailside Point PNP (Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol).
